Description:
Start your morning off right with a 45-minute gentle flow yoga, al fresco on the Coquina lawn! Leave feeling empowered, regardless of your ability – beginners as well as seasoned practitioners will benefit from this class. Please bring your own towel and try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to class starting. Everyone will receive a yoga mat to take home!
