Description:
This lecture will address basic patient safety strategies, Florida-specific requirements and common sources of dental risk and liability. The course will include dental closed claims data, case studies, audience participation and some humor. Just because it’s mandatory doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun! Ms. Boisvert offers a repeat of this course (RM5-6) on Saturday, July 1 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. This lecture satisfies the Florida Board of Dentistry’s continuing education requirement for medical errors.
