Description:
Do you know that assistants may place restorations under the dentist’s direct supervision? Dr. Willis will present ways to incorporate the new Restorative Expanded Function Dental Assistant (R-EFDA) into your practice. Attendees will learn about the new laws and scope of practice for the R-EFDA, hear ideas for team selection and team building, gain tips for patient acceptance, see examples of incentives and scheduling strategies and recognize the positive impact highly-skilled and well-trained R-EFDA team members can have toward a productive and passionate practice!
