Description:
This lecture will focus on the foundational principles for the treatment of the severely atrophic maxilla including the use of zygomatic and pterygoid implants for full arch immediate implant reconstruction. It will include the use of photogrammetry and a complete digital-based restorative workflow. In addition, the lecture will feature Dr. Pikos’ 33-year history of using the tripodal subperiosteal implant as a treatment strategy for the severely atrophic mandible. Innovations and complications will be presented.
