Description:
Why does it often seem the dental procedure is “easy,” but the patient is so “difficult?” Using the widely acknowledged DiSC® profile assessment, this deep dive course will explore the potential harmony and conflicts that can arise between personality styles. Each attendee will receive a DiSC® assessment of their personality during the course. By learning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of both themselves and others, attendees will learn to better interact with others, even seemingly “difficult” patients. Attendance is limited to 30.
