Description:
This lecture will empower attendees to create a community of practice within their office. Team members will learn to understand the role which strategy, structure, internal referral, external referral, marketing materials, treatment planning, financial arrangements, mentorship programs and public implant seminars play in helping to educate and inform their patient base about dental implants and how this can relate to increasing case acceptance by patients. At the end of this course, attendees will be able to identify ways to improve their practice and make it run more efficiently.
