Description:
This lecture is designed for those who are interested in learning about portable dentistry and teledentistry. Dr. Fukuoka will discuss the benefits and challenges of both portable dentistry and teledentistry. She will review the basic equipment needs and precautions that are easily overlooked and will discuss agreements with facilities and what is recommend for those agreements. When time and technology permit, Dr. Fukuoka will conclude allowing one attendee to use an intraoral camera on the screen as a live teledental example.

- minimize transportation hazards through proper agreements and equipment storage.
