Mr. Williamson will review clinical observations, muscle recruitment, spine segmental mobility and breathing techniques to restore function and alleviate pain. A unique training regimen will be introduced to address specific injuries and dysfunction caused by repetitive workplace positions and movements. This course will include a live assessment of attendees and offer tips to maintain a healthy, pain-free body. Mr. Williamson offers a repeat of this deep dive (DD09) on Saturday, June 25 from 2-5 p.m. Attendance is limited to 30.

Learning objectives:
Participants will be able to:
- implement self-postural assessment, positioning, stabilization and realignment to ensure correct biomechanics when sitting, standing, reaching, etc.
- learn advanced techniques and pilates principles to retrain the body through oppositional movement patterning.
- understand the importance of muscle recruitment and balance, spine segmental mobility and breathing techniques.
