Description:
Few dental errors are attributed to faulty medical judgment; the majority are attributed to system failures inherent in health care delivery. By analyzing professional liability closed-claim data, we have identified common performance and diagnostic errors that will serve as the focal point of this risk management course. This course satisfies the Florida Board of Dentistry's continuing education requirement for medical errors.
