REGISTRATION/COURSE CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

A CANCELLATION refers to complete termination of registration for any course, workshop or event at FNDC. A TRANSFER refers to the movement of an individual out of one course, workshop or event and into another course, workshop or event.

Cancellations/Refunds
All registration cancellations and/or requests for refunds must be made in writing and received postmarked by May 30, 2014.  All refunds are subject to a service and handling fee in the amount of the initial registration fee. Refunds are paid to the individual whose name appears at the top of the check or on the credit card used to pay for registration.

Transfers
Onsite transfers will not be allowed for any limited seating sessions (such as workshops). Onsite transfers will be allowed for lecture courses if space permits. If an individual wishes to transfer into another session onsite, that individual must pay for the difference in cost of the new session. Please see a registration agent onsite to inquire about course transfers. Reimbursement for onsite transfers will be processed at the same time as cancellation refunds.

Refunds
Please allow six weeks after the meeting to process refunds. No cancellation refunds are honored for any reason after the May 30, 2014 deadline.
